The Frostechnic person trapped alarm is a self contained din rail mtd alarm unit that can be incorporated within an existing control panel or as a stand alone unit.
Its primary use is a exactly what the title suggests, it is a low cost, low voltage battery backed alarm unit functioning as a coldroom person trapped alarm, the unit is supplied with an illuminated coldroom switch, which when made (disconnected) changes over the fault relay, the unit can also sound a low voltage dc sounder directly.
The unit will run for 4 hours under mains failure conditions, the fault relay will still remain closed indicating person trapped.
