Our involvement stems back to the days of Venner time clocks & cam timers for loading

and unloading compressor packs.

We have manufactured refrigeration pack control panels for the majority of the leading Supermarket chains.

Our ability to understand the specific requirements & advise the contractors on various control methods

promotes confidence & results in less problematic site installations.

Frostechnic’s library contains all the latest specifications & we can select the best method of control for your

application. We have experience with Elm, Danfoss,Eliwell, JTL, Microm, Stonegate, Altech Carel, Next,

Trend & CDK to name but a few.

The in house electronics department produces our own step controller & we promote this as a basic form

of pack control.

Our in house software engineers can write programs specific to your application for use in a variety

of programmable logic controllers (PLC’s).

We have experience in programming: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Koyo, Mitsubishi, Klockner Moeller,

Omron, Eberle, G.E.C,. Fanuc, Modicon, Telemecanique and Texas Instruments.

Electricians with refrigeration experience are becoming harder to find & if a mistake is made in the

pack wiring then how long does it take to find & at what cost? Why not deliver the pack to Frostechnic,

to have the panel mounted, trunking, conduit & glands supplied & fitted and the pack wired.

The finished item would then be available for inspection by you & your client in our workshop,

rather than a plant room, prior to despatch.

Apart from pack panels, we can provide control solutions for all of a shops electrical needs.

From specialist distribution boards, shop services panels, coldroom control panels & display

case control panels to generator panels, heating and ventilation, pump control & air conditioning.

Frostechnic offer a full support service on all of the panels that we manufacture & can provide a

commissioning service if required. We are happy to provide fault finding & rectification on control

panels not supplied by Frostechnic & will carry out modifications & update current wiring

diagrams as required.

We also offer a very cost effective complete preventative maintenance package. This entails our

service engineers visiting your clients premises on an annual basis & completing electrical

inspections on all Refrigeration control panels (& others if required) providing a detailed report on any faults found

components replaced or any wiring modifications that have been made.

This provides information to the client that would enable them to make a decision on rectification & maybe

prevent a more major problem or, in more severe cases, a catastrophe.
