We supply refrigeration and electrical control panels ranging from a small coldroom or beer cellar right up to a multi compressor pack system for a large supermarket.

Frostechnic also designs and manufactures control panels for air conditioning, generator set control, crop storage, lighting control, building management, in fact our in house engineering team will tackle most projects ranging from the very simple to the most exacting.

We also manufacture a range of electronic alarms and controllers for all industries ranging from refrigeration to generator control boards, the equipment is tested for safety and reliability and functions heavily in the control panels that we build, see our electronic component pages for more information.

Our manufacturing workshop cover 14000 square feet and encompasses all of the engineering design team and management offices, all of the engineering and production through to test occurs under the same roof which ensures reliability and a good working environment.

The engineering office is a fully functioning CAD/CAM department with all of the machines networked to a central server to ensure all data remains constant and is backed up daily. All engineering staff are educated to a minimum of ONC in electrical engineering and work around all current wiring regulations. All drawings produced are stored in a unique customer directory along with a complete listing of all components and their respective costs allowing the sales department greater accuracy in their quotes right through to the agreed price.

All of the control panel labels are designed and manufactured on a CNC engraving machine, customer logo's and service numbers can be added to any label, all job files are stored independently allowing for retrieval and manufacture of any label upon request. All panel labels are manufactured in industry standard Traffolyte, most colour variations can be supplied although blue on white is the stock material.

It is very important for us to store every aspect of the finished project including a digital photograph of the panel, we take a minimum of 2 shots per panel, 1 inside and 1 outside, we also take pictures of the more intricate labels. This feature has proved to be extremely useful as we can now now call up pictures instantly to advise customers of panel layouts and the feasibility of component retro fit.
